Happy Valentines Day
Huge UFOs are Back
This week's files cover: French President Sarkozy Calls for World Mission to Mars, Moon anomalies, Space is getting crowded, and UFO report by John Callahan, FAA Division Chief of the Accidents, Evaluations and Investigations.
Unidentified Aerial Phenomena were spotted over: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indian, Iowa, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
UFOs were also seen in Argentina, Australia, Canada, UK, and the Virgin Islands
These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over one hundred UFOs reported each week represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth.
One third of Americans believe the earth has been visited by UFOs and nearly one in ten people claim to have had close encounters with alien life forms!
I personally became interested in UFOs when I chased one over England when flying for the US Air Force. I've been investigating them ever since. The US Air Force under Project Blue Book investigated UFOs for more than twenty years, we continue this research.

FRENCH GUIANA -- During a visit to the launch site for Ariane rockets French President Nicolas Sarkozy called on Monday for a global program to explore Mars, bringing together European states, the United States, and Russia. Sarkozy said he would ask the European Space Agency and the European Union to cooperate on a framework for dialogue with Washington and other space powers on a joint initiative. "Because Mars is there and Mars is accessible to the technologies available to humanity, we cannot refuse to attempt this adventure," Sarkozy.
Japanese Salene-Kaguya explorer provides High Definition video of the moon. JAXA (Japanese Space Agency) has released High Definition video showing John E. Combest writes, "I went to the web site for the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and made a detailed study of all the moon photos shown. About 1/5th of the photos have the RED and BLUE color layers misaligned, and about six photos are slightly out-of-focus so that no useful study could be made. Nevertheless, I did find what appear to be artifacts (buildings and other structures) in several of the photos. I enlarged the area of each original photo to show the items of interest, and placed arrows and notations to point out those objects in each of the four attachments.
There is evidence that the Japanese (just like NASA) are practicing airbrushing and black-out to prevent public recognition of some objects, and I have pointed out those instances. In view of the length of time their satellite has been orbiting the moon, I am quite surprised that so few photos have been made available.

Last year the Chinese destroyed their old Feng Yun 1-C weather satellite with their anti-satellite weapon causing the single worst contamination of space in fifty years. The explosion sent tens of thousands of shards into space. Many of the chunks of debris could threaten satellites in low orbit.
Each piece of space debris is tracked and recorded in their computers by the US Air Force Space Command and referred to as correlated targets. There has been a sudden increase in uncorrelated targets (UFOs) entering the Earth's atmosphere. NASA has been forced to move its scientific satellite Terra to avoid a collision with the debris. Iridium, the commercial satellite voice and data communications firm, says the number of close calls between its 66 satellites rose 15 percent after the Chinese test.
National Press Club UFO Conference Transcript
What I am about to tell you now, is about an event that never happened. I am John Callahan, and I was Division Chief of the Accidents, Evaluations and Investigations Division of the FAA in Washington, for six years during the 1980?s. In early January of 987, I received a call from the Air Traffic Quality Control Branch in FAA's Alaskan regional office, requesting guidance on what to tell the media personnel who were overflowing their office. The media was requesting information about the UFO that chased a Japanese 747 across the Alaskan sky for some 3 minutes at flight levels between 30, 000 and 35,000 feet on November 7, 1986. Somehow, the word had got out.
What UFO; when did this take place; why wasn't Washington Headquarters informed?" I asked. "Hey, he replied, "Who believes in UFO's? I just need to know what to tell the media to get them out of here." The answer to that question was easy: "Tell them it's under investigation. Then, collect all the data - the voice tapes and data disc for both the facility and the military. Send then overnight to the FAA Tech Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey."
Japan Air Lines flight 628, a cargo jet with a pilot, co-pilot and one crew member, was just north of Anchorage, and it was about 8 pm when the pilot first reported the UFO. He described it as a huge ball with lights running around it. He said it was about four times bigger than a747, and he saw it with his own eyes. So did the other two crew members. Over the course of three minutes, the UFO jumped miles in a few seconds, changing places to different spots around the 747, in one sweep of the radar scope.
After receiving the data from Alaska almost two months later, I briefed my boss Harvey Safer and the FAA Administrator Admiral Engen, and Safer and I went to the FAA Tech Center to observe the playback.
The FAA had developed a program capable of recreating the traffic on the controllers' scope, or plan view display. I instructed the FAA specialist to synchronize the voice tapes with the radar data so we could hear everything the controller and pilot said. I videotaped the radar display. Later that day, I requested that the FAA automation specialists plot the radar targets along the route of flight and explain what each target was doing. I videotaped the resulting chart. The print out and radar play back displayed primary targets in the vicinity of the 747. These target returns were displayed about the same time and place as the pilot advised viewing the UFO. Both the radar and manual controller observed the primary target. The military controllers also viewed the primary target on their radar and identified it as a "double primary." The pilot and crew viewed the target on their radar and were able to see the huge UFO at the same time as it approached their aircraft.
If this craft had been a Leer jet or military aircraft at the wrong altitude, that would have been clear. The FAA has procedures that cover tracking unidentified aircraft violating another's airspace -but it has no procedures for UFOs. Back at FAA headquarters, I gave Administrator Engen a quick briefing and showed him the video. He set up a briefing with President Reagan's scientific staff, and told me my function was to give them a dog and pony show and hand this event off to them, "since the FAA does not deal with UFO's." I brought along a copy of the video and all the data print outs available at the time. One of the scientists asked a number of questions, such as, what is the range of the radar, what is the frequency of the radar, what is the band width, what is the formula for the height equipment, etc. I was impressed with the response from the FAA experts.
At the end, one of the three people from the CIA said, "This event never happened; we were never here; we're confiscating all this data and you are all sworn to secrecy." "What do you think it was?" I asked the CIA person. "A UFO and now they have over 30 minutes of radar to go over," he responded. "Well let's get a twix out and advise the American public that we were visited by a UFO," I suggested. "No way, if we were to tell the American public there are UFO's they would panic," he informed me. Sometime after the briefing, the detailed FAA report which included extensive interviews with the pilot and crew, the chart prepared at the Tech Center; and facility voice tapes arrived at my office and were placed on a small table waiting for the CIA to request more data. The material stayed there until I retired two years later, and I've had it ever since. Most people including FAA controllers really aren't familiar with how the FAA radar system works and why all aircraft traveling through our airspace are not caught on radar or displayed on the controllers PVD. But I am. The system and organization of the FAA is not configured to identify and track these types of performances. Thanks to Leslie Kean
SAN DIEGO -- I live in Los Angeles, in the South Bay area (south of LAX airport), and I work in Anaheim. Almost everyday, for the past 6 months or so, on my drive into work (usually between 6 and 7 AM, as the sun rises), I have been seeing what look like meteors falling from the sky. On average, I see 6-7 objects falling over either San Diego or Baja California, judging an approximate distance. I Googled meteor showers, and nothing came up, but I ran across your website. I found the accounts of people witnessing objects over the Orange county area on January 26, 2008, but it says those were mostly in the evening. Thanks to Brian Vike, Director of HBCC UFO Research, http://www.hbccufo.org.
On January 8, 2008, a mile long cigar shaped craft was seen over San Diego in the evening.
LOS ANGELES -- My husband, who is nocturnal and has on several occasions witnessed UFO at late hours, woke me up around 5:30 AM, telling me to look off our balcony in Studio City which faces north. We could hear helicopters in the area and they appeared to be circling a huge white light. We got our camera out and took as many pictures as possible. This light, to the naked eye, was too big to be an aircraft, did not move but rather stayed in the same position for quite a while.
When viewing through our camera lens, right before it would take a picture, it would bring it in to focus and it looked like a sparkling white light, almost like the bud on a firecracker. It was brilliant. To the naked eye, it looked like the white light had a sparkling reflection off it like an exaggerated diamond solitaire. When we turned on the news there was a live broadcast of a traffic accident on the 101. Thanks to Brian Vike, Director of HBCC UFO Research, http://www.hbccufo.org
EVERGREEN -- Early Friday morning, February 8, 2008, I had just filled my second cup of coffee, and wondered out on my back deck to gaze at the stars noticing how beautiful Venus and Mars look in their morning cycle. I gazed directly overhead noticing a rather large triangular "something" cruising through the sky. It had three bright lights on each corner, and no stars were visible within the triangle, telling me what I was seeing is a solid craft. I then quickly grabbed my camera, and as I headed back outside I saw the craft quickly jog to the north, then stop. That's when I saw a smaller triangular craft rise up from behind a hill. It trailed some kind of plasma exhaust as it rose to meet the larger craft.
Just then the larger craft shot a beam towards the smaller craft. This lasted about 9 seconds when the smaller craft shot off into the night unbelievably quick. Almost at the same time the larger craft disappeared. To my surprise when I examined my snapshot, I had captured the event. There has been strange events happening over the skies of Evergreen for two weeks prior to this event.
Lights appearing, disappearing, and appearing in another spot. Lights hovering then slowly drifting around to then disappear. All along in the back of my mind, I'm saying to my self, "What's going on"? Then, my event occurred. It left a strange felling over me, not knowing what next to do.
So now I have an excellent digital picture for your examination, that is, if I can send you an e-mail attachment. Make sure you zoom in, there you'll see a trailing exhaust from the smaller craft, plus a weird looking beam. Thanks to Chad and MUFON CMSl
PLANT CITY -- On January 15, 2008, at approximately 9:45 PM, I was haying my horses for the night. The air temp was about 45 deg, and it was overcast. To the back eastern corner of the structure is a clump of trees, one being about 45 feet tall pine adjacent to several mature oaks.
A blinding blue/white light flashed over those trees, about 150 feet from where I was standing. It was light long enough to see like daylight the paddock next to those trees, and my three horses. I felt hot, and a 'humming' around my head, neck and shoulders, similar to bees or bats buzzing around me. There was no smell or sound along this event, it did not spook any of my eight horses. I rushed inside my home, and my wife said, "I looked like I'd been in a steam room, my exposed skin was beat red and I was sweating." After a few minutes, I was back to normal. Next day, I went out into the wooded area behind my barn, looking for anything abnormal, and did not find anything. I had a similar event happen much the same way in 2003, at another property we owned, the same blue/white light flashed, over my barn and land, making it completely visible like daytime over the acreage. I did not feel anything; I was standing in the barn center aisle at the time. The twelve horses in the barn did not spook, and my wife experienced this as well. Submitted By Mike Forte' I.P.P.O.

FAIR OAKS - About 8 PM, on January 16, 2008, I took my dog out for a walk and on a clear cold night, and saw bright white lights hovering over Old Collinsville Road near power lines and a cornfield.
I glanced up and thought I saw an airplane behave strangely; flying low to the ground, suddenly zooming up and then going low. I kept watching and then a gray triangle with two bright white lights in front started coming towards me. On the side there was a red flashing light that moved alongside the craft. I think shaped is the best description, but it was dark and I was freaked out and can't be 100% sure. Also, I panicked and ran home as it appeared to hover silently behind me.
I then watched the UFO from my driveway. It continued to go high and low and I couldn't find binoculars and didn't have a camera. However, within about 30 minutes there were several airplanes in the sky and a large, dark black, very loud craft that I suspect was a military helicopter. This craft was definitely chasing the UFO and stayed in the area back tracking for at least 40 minutes. For the record, I have always believed in the existence of UFO's. However, I NEVER expected to see one up close!! Thanks to Peter Davenport Director www.ufocenter.com
I was home alone on January 31, 2008, and decided to go to the kitchen with a bay-window/patio door there, I noticed what I immediately thought was a helicopter about 300-400 feet away, just across the street and above the tree-line. Because we kind of live in the country, I thought that was unusual... then it hit me that I couldn't hear any noise at all! And then the obvious shape difference hit me like a bag of rocks and I ran for my camera.
I don't know how long it was there before I saw it, but it hung around for about 2 or 3 minutes after I noticed it... not moving or flashing or anything. The only thing I noticed was a sort of wavy-ness of the air surrounding the object - that's probably what stuck me most, actually. It resembled kind of what you see over a hot road on a summer day. It was getting dark, but I distinctly remember the dark tree line shimmering just below the object, against the sky-glow.
I had just enough time to take a picture on my camera (before the batteries died), and then I got one on my cell phone right before it "disappeared" --- I say that, because I believe it just went directly away from me at a high speed very suddently... it actually appeared to grow smaller and disappear, but curve up slightly as it was doing so. The direction was about directly westward I believe.
Long ago, when I was a young kid, I remember seeing a funny light in the sky (from very far away) and watching it do all sorts of "tricks" ~ but I couldn't actually see it as an object. This is the only other time that I have seen something this close, that I know from my own eyes what I saw in a detailed manner. Very exciting. Thanks to MUFON CMS
ALTOONA -- As I left my house to go to work on February 8, 2008, at 4:30 PM, I noticed something strange in the sky that was flying below the clouds. It was moving fairly fast and it came from the north and was heading south. It looked long and it looked like a tube. There were also windows or holes. The color of this object was a tan color, it wasn't a plane because this object did not have wings. The sighting lasted for about three minutes and I watched the object until it flew behind some trees and that is when I lost sight of it. Once again I am puzzled by what is going on in the area. Thanks to Brian Vike, Director of HBCC UFO Research, http://www.hbccufo.org
OLD BRIDGE -- I was outside my house smoking a cigarette on January 16, 2008, at about 9 PM. I heard a noise then I looked up and saw a craft of some sort with eight bright lights. It looked about 1 mile away in the sky and it stayed still for a minute or two then it took off very fast. I stayed out there for a while hoping that it would come back. I saw it perfectly, the sky was clear! Thanks to Peter Davenport Director www.ufocenter.com
VINELAND - The witness was outside of Matt Blatt Car Dealers when he and several others looked up and saw approximately 50 crescent shaped flying objects in the sky. They were the size of an aspirin held at arm's length. The objects came in waves shaped like a boomerang on June 16, 2007. They maneuvered into different formations in the southeast sky. They were very high and a shiny silver or white surface, depending on the sun's reflections. The objects then flew out of sight. The only airport close by would be Millville Airport ten miles away. The police and the local newspapers were notified but they had no interest. The witness telephoned me to tell about his sighting. MUFON investigator Ken Pfeifer is investigating.
POUGHKEEPSIE -- I am a registered nurse who does not believe in UFOs, but on January 10, 2008, while walking my dog, I saw a light grey saucer shaped craft with four rounded pods protruding from the sides. Under each pod there were alternating dull red/blue lights. The craft was about 200 feet above the ground, no sound just gliding. When it came directly over me, there was sort of emptiness to the environment, sort of a black hole if you will. It hovered over me for a few seconds then I heard the sound of the engine revving up. The space craft then picked up speed travelled two miles then disappeared.
After this incident, I looked up the hill where I was and saw a dark figure with a bright blue light that did not reflect light as a traditional flashlight would walking towards me. My Labrador Retriever kept looking in the direction of this image and wanted to go towards it. I ran towards my home all the while pulling the dog. When I came into the house, the dog ran up the stairs and looked out the window and began to bark incessantly with his hair standing on end. I no longer saw the image. Thanks to Peter Davenport Director www.ufocenter.com
RUSSELLTON - Two triangles were seen moving towards Saxonburg, PA by ten witnesses on the road on January 12, 2008, at midnight. There were three lights on bottom of both craft. The duration of the sighting was about four minutes. Thanks to Peter Davenport Director www.ufocenter.com
CANONSBURG -- On January 12, 2008, at 6 PM, five of us saw a flying triangle. Three witnesses were in our car and two strangers were in a nearby parking lot. I wasn't going to report this because the two other witnesses in the car with me do not claim to have seen exactly the same thing that I saw. Then I explored the NUFORC site further and read an account regarding a possibly similar "translucent" craft close by over Pittsburgh reported to have happened during Oct of 2006. Besides that the whole incident is just bugging me.
My daughter, a friend of hers, and I were traveling Pike Street towards the intersection of Rt. 980. This affords us a view of the sky to the north of town and we can see part of Route 79N towards Pittsburgh. As I slowed to stop for the intersection, a large white light appeared over the traffic light at a fair amount of distance and it just looked like an airplane that was headed straight towards us. I noticed that there were no smaller lights to either side though and pointed it out to the teens. They continued to watch it as we made our right turn and came to another stop a short distance away. I was able to look out the driver side window and saw that the object was getting very close and was about to fly directly overhead. After it passed over, my daughter pointed out a man and an adolescent girl close in a nearby parking lot pointing at the sky in the direction that the object had been headed.
When the object got closer before I had to react to the traffic light, I could see it more clearly and could eventually see the bottom of it. I saw a large white center light surrounded by three smaller red lights within a silvery whitish outline of a triangle. The outline gave the object an appearance of being "see-through." The lights were all rather muted. The kids said a big white light flew over. But I clearly saw more than that, but no additional normal airplane lights. Thanks to Peter Davenport Director www.ufocenter.com
CHAPEL HILL -- Around 7 PM, on January 18, 2008, I witnessed a large triangular shaped object over Estes Drive Elementary School. I was driving at 35 mph and spotted a large object with a bright white light surrounded by two larger red lights hovering just above the treetops, 200-250 feet in the air
There is a small airport close by, but this was not a plane. The object was moving extremely slowly in a straight line. It made no sound, and the lights were steady, and did not blink. When I reached the end of Estes Drive, a quarter mile from the sighting I could see a pair of lights in the southern sky splitting apart, one went east while the other rose to the northwest. Thanks to Peter Davenport Director www.ufocenter.com
Austin - Michael writes, "I have gotten a few more pictures with my Casio 2 Megapixel Exsilim camera of possible UFOs. It is time for a new camera. I have told you before that I take five pictures of everything, ever since I saw a documentary on taking UFO pictures. I never saw the objects when taking the pictures, but I take my pictures close to the Austin Bergstrom Airport.
I'm on one of the flight paths in and out of the airport. I do see some strange lights in the sky every now and then. I call them reflections in the sky.
Michael sent fourteen images, this is the best one, but all are similar. Some are pretty interesting photos of different types and sizes. One group of them looks like it might be a plane, but I do not remember taking a picture of a plane like that.
STEPHENVILLE - It's been a month since hundreds of people reported seeing UFOs, with impossibly bright lights in the skies southwest of Dallas. A pilot reported seeing a cigar shaped craft a mile long. The following weekend seven MUFON investigators gathered information from 150 witnesses. An estimated 400 people had information about the sightings or were curious onlookers. Kenneth Cherry MUFON State Director said, "Investigators are still talking to witnesses who did not want to be a part of that public event, often visiting them at home. He expects that more than 200 people will eventually be interviewed. Cherry said. "Some reporters are absolutely demanding information or are following us around when we interview witnesses; and these are people who want to avoid publicity."
Major Karl Lewis, a spokesman for the 301st Fighter Wing at Naval Air Station Fort Worth, initially said that no F-16s or other aircraft from the base were in the area the night of January 8, 2008. Lewis said the object may have been an illusion caused by two commercial airplanes that would seem unusually bright and appear orange because of the setting sun, he said. But later, the military changed its tune, saying that ten F-16s from the 457th Fighter Squadron were training between 6 and 8 p.m. in the Brownwood military operating area, which includes Stephenville and Erath County. The admission adds credibility to the witness reports of F-16s chasing the UFOs.
The Stephenville Empire Tribune has apparently fired Angelia Joiner thee staff writer who wrote about the UFOs and created worldwide Interest.
LONGVIEW -- Three different sightings on three different nights within week in a half at the end of October 2007, around 10 PM, I saw a very large V shape of lights moving from the west to the east directly over my house. There were numerous clusters of lights in various colors, mostly white and red, but also a strange hint of a green color as well. It was very loud, and was a strange sound, different than anything I had heard before... none of the lights blinked on it, and the lights themselves were large and glowing.
Two nights later at 10PM, I heard it from inside my house and ran out to look. It was the same basic craft on the same exact path at what appeared to be the same altitude as the previous flight, except the clusters of lights were not as dense. Two nights later, we heard it again and ran to the door and looked up and saw a perfect triangle with a huge white light at each corner and an equally large glowing, pulsing, red light in the middle. All these craft appeared to be heading for Barksdale Air Force Base in Shreveport, Louisiana. I came across an artist's rendition of the triangle shaped craft.
SALADO - Witnesses spotted a very immense in size sauccer shaped formation of lights maybe related to the Stephenville sighting. It had six lights moved slowly southeast bound about 500 feet off the ground. The sighting lasted for seven minutes. Thanks to Peter Davenport Director www.ufocenter.com
HOUSTON -- I believe I had a UFO sighting on Friday, January 11, 2008, at about 9 PM. I was outside with my brother playing Frisbee golf. I couldn't help but stare at the number of stars in amazement at the breathtaking clear sky. As I was scanning the sky, I noticed the odd triangular shaped light forms. They were moving faster than the planes. They were so low and clear and as I tried to keep my eyes on them they jetted through the sky and disappeared.
I kept shouting at my brother to look but they were moving so fast he was never able to fix his eyes on them. The three lights just totally disappeared. I ran down the block looking for them, but they were gone. It was three triangular light forms, flying in formation. They hovered for a tiny bit, which is when I spotted them. Each triangular formation was actually composed of smaller lights creating the triangular form. They moved together perfectly and quickly and I know they weren't planes because I could see planes moving in the vicinity. It almost seemed like they were chasing the formation; it was amazing. St. Thomas, Virgin Islands -- On December 18, 2007, I was aboard a ship called the Fortuna on the Costa Lines off of the coast of St. Thomas V.I. coming from Puerto Rico. I awakened at 5:30 a.m. and decided to take my binoculars and look at the stars as it was still extremely dark out and we had a large window in our room. In the distance I saw a very strange sight that I thought was another ship in distress. It was the shape of a ship. The lights on the ship were a weird color. One row was an orange- yellow and the row below was a neon blue green. Suddenly all the lights went off then on, then off. I thought how peculiar that all the lights on a ship would go off at the same time! The ship was not moving, but we were.
As we got closer, I couldn't believe my eyes and I kept yelling at my husband to get up to see what I was seeing. The ship suddenly started to change shape and color. It became a round object and began to lift off the water. The color was a peachy gold metallic and rose about 100 feet off the water. Then suddenly I could only see a huge amount of smoke where the round object was. Then six round balloon shaped objects emerged from the smoke and started to lift skyward. They were the same peachy gold metallic color of the previous object. At this point our ship had moved so far past these objects that I strained to look out the window, but could no longer see anything.
I assure you I was awake and am totally sane. I have a PhD and am a respected person in my community. I grabbed a piece of paper (a diagram of the ship I was on) and sketched what I saw so I would not forget what I saw and I will send it to you. Comments: I spoke at length with the witness. The witness has a Ph.D. in gerontology (aging). I found her to be sincere and very explicit in her description of the sighting occurred inside the cabin. The witness would have been looking south through a cabin window at the time of sighting. She stated that she could only see water and no land but was just becoming daylight towards the end of the sighting. The source of this sighting is unknown. I don't believe that the lights observed were a reflection of the cabin window because the witness stated that the inside lights were not on. A slight possibility exists that the witness could have observed something on the British Islands to the south (see map), but this is unlikely because the distance is close to 100 miles and also she lost sight of the object to the right as the ship moved. (If the object was on the land mass, the object wouldn't have moved out of view.) Thanks to Bill Puckett UFOS Northwest http://ufosnw.com
SYDNEY -- After changing drivers near YASS, N.S.W with my partner on our way back to Melbourne via the Hume Highway, I saw a crescent shaped object in the distance on January 28, 2008, at about 7:30 PM. It was about 1cm in width and at first I made nothing of it. I was staring at it for a good 30 seconds when it faded from sight only to reappear to the east almost instantaneously! This excited me and I told my partner although she was quick to dismiss it. From an estimate, I would assume that the object traveled at least 100km in less than a second. Thanks to Brian Vike, Director of HBCC UFO Research, http://www.hbccufo.org
RICHMOND, B.C -- We were in the car, heading north when I suddenly saw something in the air as we were approaching the No.2 Bridge in Richmond on February 8, 2008, at 9:59 p.m. It was stationary, floating on top of the condos by the water. Then as I thought to myself, "What could it be?" it suddenly moved, flying towards the east side. It flew by quite slowly and it was quite large and quite close to the ground. I kept looking for a wing or a tip, but it was just a round object with white and red lights around it. It was shaped like a typical "UFO" as portrayed by the media. I immediately asked my husband if he saw what I saw and he said "Yes". Then suddenly in front of our eyes, the object went invisible. I actually saw the object slowly disappearing into mid air as if it had never existed. My husband and I both saw this and were quite amazed and scared. Thanks to Brian Vike, Director of HBCC UFO Research, http://www.hbccufo.org
VANCOUVER -- On August 4, 2007, fireworks display was apparently visited by UFOs around 10 PM. A series of photos seem to show rod like objects above the fireworks display.
It is possible that the rods are actual reflections on the lens caused by unknown lights. The camera most often faces west-south-west toward English Bay from one of the windows at the TSI office or southwest at the Burrard Bridge and Vancouver's West Side. Beyond are the mountains of the Sunshine Coast, most notably Mount Elphinstone. Webcams are excellent sources for picking up UFO photos. The images are five second time lapse photos. So a moving object would tend to leave an elongated image.

YAVERLAND BEACH, ISLE OF WRIGHT -- My Daughter spotted a very bright yellow pulsating light with no definite shape and no sound, moving from a west to easterly direction on February 7, 2008, about 5:30 PM. I told my son and so we looked up and watched it moving at a speed slow speed. There were no navigation lights flashing, just this single big yellow light pulsating at regular intervals as it moved across the sky, I then lost sight of it as we were kite land boarding at the time so had to keep watching my kite. Thanks to Brian Vike, Director of HBCC UFO Research, http://www.hbccufo.org
LONDON -- I would like to report a UFO sighting I had last night February 6, 2008 in the hope that others may have seen it too at 18:50 Hours. I have been ill in bed since Friday and have only managed to get out of bed today, well I mostly forced out because my girlfriend had bought us tickets months ago to go see the band 'Thirty Seconds to Mars'!
As we were walking in East London towards our destination both she and I noticed an intensely bright light in the sky, so intense was the light that we stopped walking and watched as it swayed towards us. The sky was dark, yet no clouds, so everything was really clear. We live right next to Canary Wharf and the Isle of Dog which has its own business airport, so I am very familiar with all the types of planes that constantly fly over us. Thanks to Brian Vike, Director of HBCC UFO Research, http://www.hbccufo.org
LONDON -- Sheryl Coronel - AHN News Writer reports, "According to Britain's Ministry of Defense, the number of UFO sightings in the country rose by about 40 percent last year. The Ministry of Defense said that in 2007, it had recorded at least 135 reports of UFO sightings. That is up from the 97 sightings recorded in 2006.
One report says that a camper lost his dog when it was abducted by an alien ship in Cardiff. Another report claims that there was a sighting of two mile-wide objects over Guernsey. "I'm not saying it was from another world, but I've never seen anything like it in all my years of flying," Ray Bowyer, 50, one of the two pilots who reported the Guernsey sighting, reportedly said.
Another witness in Rotherham claimed seeing "a bright triangular object in the sky," which was stationary at first and then moved.
Fifty objects, each with a single orange light. They gathered before ascending directly upwards. Thanks to AHN News.
LONDON - On February 11, 2008, I was just walking back into my house from my garage, when I looked up and saw 3 red lights in a triangle formation fly silently over my house. The triangle got bigger, and longer then flew directly up. They flew in formation over the house. I can see Heathrow Airport from here and the flight path as I live on top of a hill, and no way where they planes! Thanks to MUFON CMS.
