"Of course the flying saucers are real and they are Interplanetary!"
Air Chief Marshal Lord Dowding, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Great Britain, August 1954.
If you wish to capture images of UFOs we suggest you monitor the sky with the new photographic equipment that has additional wavelength capabilities that include Infrared and/or Ultra-Violet Sensitivity. Shooting infrared has the power to transform mundane subject matter into unforgettable images. Everyday scenes that you might walk by and never think of photographing take on a more dramatic look when seen in infrared. Many people are taking images of UFOs that are apparently picked up by the infrared wavelength capabilities of many cameras.
Light with wavelengths from approximately 700 and 900nm (nanometers) is called infrared light. Interestingly, this band of infrared light is a thousand times wider than that of visible light, but is invisible to our eyes. Back in the bad old days of IR film, you needed to use special film stock and load and unload your camera in total darkness to reduce the damage of infrared fogging. Digital IR images can be made in the new digital cameras and you'll immediately see the results on the LCD screen. If you decide to buy a new digital camera, give it the "remote control" test by pointing a TV remote control at the lens, pressing the on/off switch or changing channels and seeing the image on the LCD panel of your camera. If you see a point of light, you're ready to make IR digital images and likely capture a UFO. Some filters can also help your camera take better Infrared. If your digital camera passes the TV remote control test and has a Black and White mode, you'll be able see the infrared effect and possible UFOs right before your eyes. Squinting seems to help picking up UFOs visually. The following link is a resource for you regarding Invisible Light Photography. http://www.shutterbug.com/techniques/lighting/1106infrared/
General C. Robert "Bob" Kehler explained recently, "We're being challenged from lots of different directions. We're going to be challenged in the air, we're going to be challenged in space, and we're going to be challenged in cyberspace." Space is a contested domain."
"The Air Force and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) the agency responsible for the development of new technology are working together on some advanced technology that we've been asked to look at. Congress within the last year has established a defense-wide account to make that a joint activity among the services. One of the features of that is work on hypersonics. We would expect to fly a hypersonic test vehicle of some kind or another about the next year or so. But that's a demonstration. And like any other technical demonstration, the question will be what do we learn from that demonstration, how quickly do we learn it, and where do we find ourselves benchmarked in terms of actual flight activity, and what that would mean for the future. I believe we're not to the point where we can say we will demonstrate that and then it will become operational. I don't know what will happen after the demonstration. DARPA tells us they are very very confident in the demonstration."
Boeing [NYSE: BA] has secured a key role in a $54 million hypersonics research program called HIFiRE (Hypersonic International Flight Research Experimentation) jointly established by the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and Australia's Defence Science and Technology Organisation (DSTO). Under a recently-signed agreement, Boeing will work with the DSTO and the University of Queensland on three critical flight tests and will contribute to the design of a free-flying WaveRider-type hypersonic vehicle that will be used in two of those flight tests.
"We're very pleased to have this opportunity to continue our successful research in hypersonic flight," said Bob Krieger, Boeing chief technology officer and president of Phantom Works. "Boeing has been at the forefront of hypersonics research with successful programs like the X-43A Hyper-X vehicle, and this collaboration will provide new knowledge about hypersonic flight that could open new frontiers in aerospace. Plans for the HIFiRE program call for ten total flight tests over five years at Woomera in South Australia. Sequentially, they will be of a WaveRider-type vehicle as an unpowered glider; a scramjet engine alone; and the WaveRider-type vehicle powered by the same scramjet engine.
Each of the parties is making contributions to build advanced scramjet prototypes and undertake prolonged flight tests at speeds of more than Mach 8, or 5,450 miles per hour. The University of Queensland Centre for Hypersonics was the first in the world to successfully achieve verified supersonic combustion of a scramjet in flight, launching its Supersonic Combustion Ramjet (Scramjet) in 2002 under the HyShot Flight Program.
The Boeing/ATK X-43A Hyper-X vehicle, powered by a scramjet engine, recorded the fastest speeds ever achieved in flight by an air-breathing vehicle (Mach 6.83 or about 4,600 miles per hour and Mach 9.68 or about 6,600 miles per hour) in two successful flight tests in 2004. Boeing participation comes from Phantom Works in Engineering, Operations & Technology and from Advanced Systems in Integrated Defense Systems.
Over 100 prominent scientists from more than a dozen countries including a Nobel Prize winner have signed a letter to President Barack Obama charging that his views on climate change are "simply incorrect."
The letter sponsored by the Cato Institute that cites a statement Obama made in November: "Few challenges facing America and the world are more urgent than combating climate change. The science is beyond dispute and the facts are clear." Under the headline, "With all due respect, Mr. President, that is not true," the scientist's state:
"We, the undersigned scientists, maintain that the case for alarm regarding climate change is grossly overstated. Surface temperature changes over the past century have been episodic and modest and there has been no net global warming for over a decade now. The computer models forecasting rapid temperature change abjectly fail to explain recent climate behavior. Mr. President, your characterization of the scientific facts regarding climate change and the degree of certainty informing the scientific debate is simply incorrect."
The 115 signatories include Ivar Giaever, Ph.D., who shared the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1973 for his work with superconductors; John Blaylock, Los Alamos National Laboratory; Richard Lindzen, Ph.D., at MIT; and William Gray, Ph.D., the respected hurricane expert at Colorado State U. The signers include scientists at U.S. Naval Academy, Universities of Princeton, Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Missouri, and universities in Britain, Canada, Italy, Norway, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Argentina and South Africa. Several of the scientists are reviewers with the United Nation's Panel on Climate Change that shared the Nobel Peace Prize and have since reversed their views on man-made global warming.
Major Gordon Cooper testified before the United Nations: "I believe that these extra-terrestrial vehicles and their crews are visiting this planet from other planets... Most astronauts are reluctant to discuss UFO, but in 1951 I had two days of observation of many flights of them, of different sizes, flying in fighter formation, generally from east to west over Europe." And according to a taped interview by J. L. Ferrando, Major Cooper said:
"For many years I have lived with a secret, in a secrecy imposed on all specialists in astronautics. I can now reveal that every day, in the USA, our radar instruments capture objects of form and composition unknown to us. And there are thousands of witness reports and a quantity of documents to prove this, but nobody wants to make them public. Why? Because authority is afraid that people may think of God knows what kind of horrible invaders. So the password still is: We have to avoid panic by all means." "I was furthermore a witness to an extraordinary phenomenon, here on this planet Earth. It happened a few months ago in Florida. There I saw with my own eyes a defined area of ground being consumed by flames, with four indentations left by a flying object which had descended in the middle of a field. Beings had left the craft (there were other traces to prove this). They seemed to have studied topography, they had collected soil samples and, eventually, they returned to where they had come from, disappearing at enormous speed... I happen to know that authority did just about everything to keep this incident from the press and TV, in fear of a panicky reaction from the public."
This shower, with a radiant near the bright star Vega can be seen from about April 16th to 25th, and peaks after midnight on April 22.The true source of the shower is Comet Thatcher. Every year in April the Earth plows through Thatcher's drawn-out dusty tail. Flakes of comet dust, most no bigger than grains of sand, strike Earth's atmosphere traveling 49 km/s (110,000 mph) and disintegrate as streaks of light--meteors! The Lyrids are notable as the oldest recorded meteor shower and have been observed for at least 2600 years, according to Chinese records from 687 BC describing "stars that fell [like] rain."
Lyrid meteors are typically as bright as the stars in the Big Dipper and some are even brighter than Venus. These "Lyrid fireballs" cast shadows for a split second and leave behind smoky debris trails that linger for minutes. Usually there are 5 to 20 meteors per hour during the shower's peak, but in 1982, ninety Lyrids were counted per hour.
SCOTTSBORO -- I was sitting outside on April 11, 2009, at 8:10 PM and was watching a few planes fly in the distance when an object flew SSW very fast without any visible lights. Only the reflection from our city lights made the object visible. It seemed to be tan in color with fuzzy lines on the bottom. I only viewed the object for 8-10 seconds. It made no sound. It seemed really big, but that would depend on how high it was flying. If it were a mile high it would have been 300 feet or so wide and maybe 100 foot long. It darted quickly like a bird changing altitude and direction. It then swung back up to original altitude and direction.
Note: The witness has provided a good description and made a good sketch of the sighting. Given available details I have no explanation for this sighting. Thanks to William Puckett UFOS Northwest http://ufosnw.com
PHOENIX -- I was checking out the Phoenix webcams and noticed what appeared to be a boomerang UFO over the Estrella Mountains on April 10, 2009, at 11 PM.
THOUSAND OAKS -- On December 9, 2008, there was a forest fire and I took pictures and got a "shaky hands" warning from my camera. Lately, I felt a need to get my personal pictures off my computer and looked through the pictures and was puzzled by this image. I cannot imagine what makes the appearance of these lights up in the sky.
When I took the pictures, I hopped in my car and drove around until I found a better view of the fire, but trees were in the way. By the time I found a good spot; it was getting late, and losing sunlight. I remember the flames of the fire suddenly seemed to burst up and I caught this image and then the fire quickly fizzled out to just glowing embers. "Oh well," I thought, "show's over." Thanks to MUFON CMS
SAN BERNARDINO -- On March 18, 2009, I saw three objects in triangle formation above the San Bernardino Mountains at Devore, at 1:15 PM. There were three lights at each point, then one light broke formation spun around the two and then a fourth light appeared. They hovered momentarily and then all four sped off heading north and disappeared. The entire sighting lasted three minutes. The round white disks were flying in formation, hovered and then a forth appeared and they all sped off. Thanks to Peter Davenport Director http://www.ufocenter.com/
PIKES PEAK -- My wife and I were flying on Continental Airlines southwest of Pike's Peak at 35,000 feet on April 2, 2009, at 3:50 PM, when we saw a UFO. I have attached a photo taken two minutes before the sighting, and pasted a sequence of drawings of how the UFO changed its size and shape at each stage. We were a couple miles away when I first saw the object that looked like a four legged octopus hanging in the air with different size legs. We were looking north at the UFO as the plane banked right and away from the object. As the object rotated toward us and the rear pitched up it took on a triangular shape and looked very much like a B2 stealth bomber, but straight across the back.
The UFO then rolled away from us and yawed with its nose pointing north and its rear toward our view. Up to this point the object ran parallel to our plane but now began to move away from us. The rear view became thinner but the craft became longer. I tried to take a picture at this point, but the UFO was too small to register on the frame. The whole sighting was less than two minutes. It was a bizarre the sighting with much of the shape changing due to the craft's orientation, however, I never expected its size to change the way it did. I used SONY DSC-H7 with an exposure of f 5.6 at 1/640. Thanks to MUFON Thanks to MUFON Thanks to MUFON CMS. Editors Note: Traffic Control is instructed to divert aircraft away from UFOs and deny they are on radar.
TARPON SPRINGS -- I was photographing an eagle with my Nikon Digital and 500 mm lens on April 8, 2009, and shot this photo of a passing airplane. The telephoto lens really pulls them in closer. I shot one photo of a jet, and then another photo less than two seconds later and I didn't know what kind of craft it was until I downloaded it on my computer. The first photo shows the jet with blue sky, this second photo shown here shows an anomaly in the upper right. I don't think it's possible for that object to have appeared in two seconds from that great distance. It does resemble the back end of a fighter jet with the afterburners...but still impossible for it to be there that fast. Since it the photo was shot with a 500 mm from a great distance, the clarity isn't there, but still it's a curiosity!
ORLANDO -- On April 11, 2000, at 8 PM, I saw a black triangle go over my house, at about 5000 feet altitude moving faster than any commercial aircraft I have ever seen. The whole sighting lasted about 7-10 seconds. I shrugged it off thinking that it was a commercial aircraft because I live close to MCO airport. Tonight at 11:35 PM, I was in the back yard, and looked up to see three lights in the shape of a triangle that looked like three symmetrical spotlights pointed at the sky. I have never seen anything like this before. Thanks to MUFON CMS
I was watching a TV show on March 16, 2009, and out the window an unusual bright light caught my eye. I said, "No this can't be what I think it is?" The light did not go away and I couldn't ignore its brightness, so I grabbed my camera and went out on the patio and snapped a couple of photos. I began videoing the object however the screen on my patio prohibited any good video. I was using a Kodak camera. This went on for about an hour and fifteen minutes at which time it started having red, yellow, and green lights going round and round. Then it became dimmer and just disappeared. Thanks to MUFON CMS
PORT ORANGE -- I saw a round/disk shaped object in between the trees at 8:30 PM on April 2, 2009. It had a solid row of small white lights with a couple of flashing red lights as well. At first I thought it was a plane but then realized it was not moving and hovering behind my trees. I watched it for about three minutes and the lights just went out completely. About a minute later, I saw it reappear hovering adjacent to the first location. This time, it only stayed on for about 20 seconds and turned off again. Thanks to Brian Vike - HBCC UFO Research: http://www.brianvike.com
SHOSHONE -- Between 4 to 5 PM, on April 11th, 2009 I noticed a cylinder shaped UFO in the sky. I am 12 years old and it looked as if it was made instantly. It traveling from northeast to southeast about 25 degrees up. The picture I inserted is not real. It is a model I made on Google Sketch up. I called one of my much older friends and told him what I saw. He said he had heard of it before. He called it a cylinder UFO.
Note: The witness is only twelve years old, but still provided a reasonable description of what he saw. Perhaps he could have mistaken a conventional aircraft. Given that apparently no one else witnessed the sighting little can be concluded. Thanks to William Puckett UFOS Northwest http://ufosnw.com
LEXINGTON -- We were driving on US 60 to take my daughter to the Kids Museum on April 10, 2009, and it was lighting and the clouds were very pretty. I do photography, so as we were driving I started snapping photos. I did not notice the object until I was looking at the pictures later. When I first noticed the object in the photo I was not sure what it was but I just don't know what else it could be. I noticed in one photo there is a red light coming down from the object. My feelings were I was excited but still am trying to find some other explanation for this. Thanks to MUFON CMS
CHESAPEAKE BAY -- While I was standing on the outside deck looking southsoutheast when I noticed a large bright orange object, relatively low, 10 to 15 miles from me. At first I thought it was Mars, but it started to move north after I first observed it. The brightness began to fade into a flashing red and white light then it disappeared. It finally reappeared then disappeared again repeating this action many times. At one point a helicopter with no lights passed over my head flying towards the object. I lost sight of the helicopter after I ran into the house to tell everyone what was happening. Thanks to Ken Pfeifer of MUFON, http:www.heavensrangers.com
GRAND RAPIDS -- On March 17, 2009, I went outside just before midnight to smoke a cigarette and saw a formation of five golden lights speeding northwest across the sky. I then saw two reddish golden disks flying one slightly behind the other much lower and extremely fast.
I tapped on my fianc'es window and before she came out I saw five more heading northwest. I just said, "Look at the stars!" Then three more just flew west right then. I phoned my Mom at 12:07 AM in Kalamazoo, and told her what I was seeing. Two more flew over heading due west. Then three more formations as I talked to her, but I started seeing so many, I lost count of how many were in which formation. Every formation was heading west or northwest, except one lone formation of three that traveled southeast. At about 12:30 AM, she came out and we called a number to report what we had seen, and two more flew over very low and fast heading northwest.
As I talked a helicopter flew over. I witnessed a small flash and shower of sparks in the sky to the north. It looked as though something may have exploded. They moved easily ten times faster than jets that were also visible. Most were heading towards Muskegon and Lake Michigan. I have NEVER seen anything like what I saw tonight. Thanks to Peter Davenport Director http://www.ufocenter.com/
PITTSGROVE -- The witness called thirty minutes after his most recent sighting on April 6, 2009, at 10 PM. He said, "I see large orange lights about every third night south of my home that are generally stationary, but sometimes slowly move." They would "blink out" when cars approached and then reappear. Eventually they just disappear. The lights emitted no sound and showed no propulsion. The witness has taken several photos which he described showed a "wormlike" light pattern. One photo showed an entity (described as like a fairy). Listen to Clip of Witness Interview (MP3)
Note: I don't know for sure what the witness is seeing. The fact that the lights have reappeared on several occasions suggests a more likely conventional explanation. New Jersey has been the home of many hoaxes this past year. Many sightings have been attributed to Chinese lanterns. I don't know if Chinese lanterns explain the sightings by this witness. The witness said that he will be sending photos of the lights (and of the alleged fairy-like entity). This case will be updated if the photos are received. Thanks to William Puckett UFOS Northwest http://ufosnw.com New Jersey MUFON is investigating.
LEXINGTON -- On March 18, 2009, seven boomerang shaped objects were in the sky but no lights were visible on the objects. The boomerangs were white on the underside and flew in a formation and then a few of them veered off to the right, and the others followed at 10:18 PM. Thanks to Peter Davenport Director http://www.ufocenter.com/
TWINSBURG -- Not much is known about the details of the sighting other than the fact that cameraman mailed the DVD to a friend in South Carolina in hopes of indentifying the object. The cameraman's friend mailed it to me for analysis. The film was taken on January 19, 2009, in the early evening, between 6 to 9 PM in Twinsburg about ten miles southeast of Cleveland.
Note: It is my belief that the bright object in the video is the planet Venus that was extremely bright and was visible in the evening sky in the area and at the time of the video. Venus had a magnitude of -4.6 which is about as bright as it ever gets. The blue haze around the object and red spots could be due to anomalies due to the fact that the video was taken through a window. Thanks to William Puckett UFOS Northwest http://ufosnw.com
SALEM -- While reviewing my photos taken during a recent photo trip, I noticed a strange object that looks like a somewhat transparent worm with spiral wings in an area of the sky. I took a few bracketed images and the object does not appear on the others. Not really a believer but it sure is strange. I remember seeing something similar in a Discovery Channel UFO Special once, so I thought you would like to know about it. The funny thing is that whatever it is, it is flying over the.
I lowered the quality of the original to prevent theft but I have the original high res jpeg as well as the original Nikon RAW image. Thanks to Tracy Fox and MUFON CMS
BETHAL PARK -- My family was going outside to get into the car on April 13, 2009, when they spotted this object flying very slowly over the horizon. We immediately grabbed the camera and snapped as many pictures as possible. Have a few more as I was typing this. I got a few more close ups. Thanks to MUFON CMS
COMBATE -- Today I was going through my pictures of my recent trip and I noticed this interesting image of an object in the sky. I did not see that object when I was taking the picture. I was taking various shots of the scenery that day. The Lajas Aerostat was to the left of the picture and higher up.
I have a few other shots of the same area which do not show anything unusual. This is looking east walking down from the Lighthouse. What is even more interesting is that later that night I saw an object in the sky that I reported on.
This was taken with a Sony 7 MP digital camera. I would love to know what this object was! I know it was not an aircraft as I would have seen and heard it! Thanks to MUFON CMS
PICKENS COUNTY -- A friend and I were driving from Atlanta to Asheville, NC on Route 11 in separate vehicles on March 9, 2009, at 11:30 PM, when we saw lights in the distance. Suddenly from over the tree-line a massive triangular craft turned on its own axis up onto its side right above us exposing lights all the way around the edges. My friend and I both instantly swerved thinking a plane was crashing on to the road. We decelerated a bit to get a better look as this thing floated slowly and silently right over our vehicles, crossing the road diagonally.
We could have thrown a rock at it since it was only 25 feet above us and a perfect equilateral triangle. I hit my brakes to take a look before it was out of sight. The moon was behind some thin clouds and illuminated them enough for me to see the silhouette go from the vertical position back to a parallel position with the ground. I clearly saw three lights on each corner of an equilateral triangle. We went over a hill and it was out of sight. We pulled in to the next store we approached and agreed we both saw the same thing. Thanks to MUFON CMS
AUSTIN -- My friend (who will corroborate the event) and I were driving east on Wells Branch Parkway when we saw a bright white circular object moving very fast towards the ground. It was circular in shape, and looked like a continuous electrical spark. The light was blue and white but no other color to indicate flame or combustion. It flew overhead northeast very fast and appeared to be crashing. We continued on the highway, but could see no smoke, flames, or fire. There was nothing on news. Thanks to MUFON CMS
WASHINGTON DC -- On April 5, 2009, we saw three silver and one black bell shaped objects near the Moon in the photo taken at 5:51 PM. We doubt that this could be an UFO. We did not see it with the naked eye, but noticed it browsing through our snaps. Thanks to MUFON CMS
BEVERLEY -- On March 5 and 6th, 2009, at 8.45 PM, just as the sun had gone down, my friend his Mum and Dad and I sat in the back yard talking, when we this saw an awesome bright light in the sky. It was changing its flames like a Bunsen burner into many colors like gas on an oxy welder. The flames were 20 to 30 foot long moving all over the place with super speed. Suddenly they stopped instantly.
The flames changed all around the object from orange to red, to green, and even a pink? It just moved so fast and then with a blink of an eye it headed towards the moon. Nothing on this planet could go that speed without noise. The next night it was back just cruising low and slow as the sunset but without flames. Then as before it just sped up as to go towards the moon. Thanks to UFOINFO - http://www.ufoinfo.com/
OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- I saw a fighter jet chasing a UFO over Fisher Avenue on March 28, 2009, at 8:30 PM. The jet was heading north chasing the UFO and when the jet closed in on the UFO it just disappeared. I never believed in that stuff until now. I could not believe it! I always wondered until now? The UFO made no sound, was flat and dark, and had a red light in the middle. The F18 was likely from the Royal Canadian Air Force Base at Trenton, Ontario and then headed east.
Note: The witness was very cooperative and answered all of my questions in follow up interviews. He lives close to the airport and believes that this object was unknown and that it was pursued by a F18 military jet. Thanks to William Puckett UFOS Northwest http://ufosnw.com
MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO -- On March 14, 2009, at 11:55 AM, I observed two objects flying in a circular pattern getting brighter as they turned away from my vantage point and flying higher above Pearson International Airport. At first I thought they seagulls, but the flight pattern was too tight and the objects seemed to elliptical. They flew close to each other, then further away. My location is about 25Km south of Pearson, the size of objects was that of about 1.5 mm in diameter. The light emitted was very bright. The objects were observed for about a minute from the time they were first seen.
STRATHROY, ONTARIO -- I was taking my dog out on March 15, 2009, at 9:45 PM, and looked up at seven triangle shaped lights that were bigger and brighter than the stars. Three of the lights formed a triangle and the remaining four were in a straight line horizontal to the triangle shape. There was no noise and the four horizontal lights moved up closer to the triangle before it faded. Thanks to Brian Vike - HBCC UFO Research: http://www.brianvike.com
NOVA SCOTIA, HALIFAX -- These sightings where spaced apart as airplanes would be in their flight pattern on March 10, 2009, at 10:58 PM, but they were flying a fair bit lower and were completely quiet. Two of them seemed to stay in one place out over the lake a few hundred feet high. These were silent and any plane trying to fly this slowly would stall out. Thanks to UFOINFO - http://www.ufoinfo.com/
QUEBEC -- I took fifty pictures of cloud's of the sky on April 11, 2009, like I do quite often.
When I got home and downloaded the images in the computer I saw the egg shape disc on the right and middle. They have the technology to disappear to the naked eye. They are there watching us, but I thought you might like to see this one. I got like 30 pictures that I photographed of some some strange egg grayish UFO. Thanks to MUFON CMS
AL ASAD -- As Pilot in command of a UH-60A for a MedEvac Helicopter Company I had just transferred controls to my copilot to take a break from flying. We were on a "Milk Run" from Al Asad Airbase to Balad Airbase and back. This flight took place on May 15, 2005, at 2:30 AM as written in my logbook. We had completed most of our flight when I looked up through the "Green House" a plexi-glass and saw a triangular object with five lights along the point and forward portion of the object. It was moving at high rate of speed heading north at FL300. The object stayed in sight through our night vision goggles for approximately one minute and then went out of sight. We were at an altitude of 300ft as night restrictions in Iraq apply. Once we landed I took a look at the daily flight schedule for all multi-national forces in Iraq to make sure what I observed was not an aircraft. No aircraft were operating in the area at the time of the sighting. I want to know what's going on in the skies over Iraq as other soldiers have seen strange phenomena.
QUEZON -- I was watching the TV when the TV and radio signals were interrupted. I noticed my neighbor's looking at the sky and taking some pictures so I ran out of the house with my digital camera. I saw the disc moving slowly and sometimes it was moved at great speed. I took a lot of pictures as came above us and people freaked. Some were brave enough to take shots of pictures underneath the UFO.
It was really huge and disrupted television signals. Some people were scared and we shared our pictures with each other. Most of the witnesses were kids playing in the playground with some adults. At night, I heard some murmuring voices that made me really scared so I held the Rosary and started praying. I dreamed that the craft had landed and when I woke up I was sweating. Thanks to MUFON CMS
MIDDELBURG MPUMALANGA -- While at a family event one my guest's spotted strange red star like lights moving toward the Southern Cross on March 7, 2009, at about 8 PM. All eight guests saw the strange objects. The lights came in bunches from the west and moved at a steady pace then slowed down and one by one disappeared as they got further away. Some of the objects were captured on video and a total of 21 lights were spotted over half an hour interval. Some claim they were flares tied to balloons, but these objects were very high and far away. Thanks to UFOINFO - http://www.ufoinfo.com/
ST. MAARTEN -- I was on a helicopter tour on vacation on January 9, 2008, and took numerous photos. I had these pictures for a full year before I noticed a tiny blip on one of my pictures. I thought it might have just been a spot on the camera. I think there is a shadow under the object on the ocean.
It looks almost like a blimp. I didn't see the object while in the sky, but I don't know if it's just because I was so overwhelmed by being on an island on a helicopter tour that I didn't notice it. Thanks to MUFON CMS
STAFFORD -- This is the twelfth UFO I have sighted over my small town of Penridge in the last year. I was putting the rubbish out when I spotted the UFO on March 4, 2009, the second time in two weeks I spotted it. I used my torch and tried to establish contact with Morse Codes, but the UFO just hovered sending out flashes and color changes sporadically. I got my mother and showed her it, but said it was a star. Another UFO flew northwest past my house, just like many before them.
I tried Morse coding them in the hopes of some third kind encounter. At this point a very bright object came flying past\that had three lights in a triangular pointed layout. When I settled down to report my sighting to my friends on the internet site Facebook, I heard a loud rumble and saw a jet heading extremely fast northeast from RAF Cosford. A few weeks ago I saw a UFO take off from a nearby field. Thanks to Peter Davenport Director http://www.ufocenter.com/
MENWITH HILL BASE -- The US communications base at RAF Menwith Hill plays a front line role in a "Star Wars" system to warn of ballistic missile launches anywhere on earth. New radomes at the base on the outskirts on Harrogate are directly linked to American infrared eyes in space that also pick up UFOs.
Menwith Hill is the largest electronic monitoring station in the world. It is run by the US National Security Agency (NSA), which monitors the world's communication for US intelligence. Menwith Hill employs 1,200 US civilians and servicemen to work around the clock inside "hardened" buildings intercepting and analyzing communications mainly from Europe, Russia and the Middle East. A great deal of this information comes from spy satellites and the base has a number of large white golfballs or "radomes" containing satellite receiving dishes. The importance of MHS to US intelligence activities has recently been emphasized by the closure of other UK stations run by NSA, and by its new designation as a Regional Sigint Operations Centre (RSOC) which is responsible for running remote, automated intelligence-gathering sites. Armed Forces Minister Mr. Doug Henderson said: "The radomes will support the new US Space Based Infrared System, providing early warning of ballistic missile launches." American personnel now number 1,370 at the base. . It is interesting that these radars monitor deep into space. "That will be its capacity and it is slightly ironic bearing in mind years of denial about reports of unidentified craft."
