Paul Stonehill, reseracher, TV consultant and writer, is the author of THE SOVIET UFO FILES (1998), and one of the co-authors of PRISHELTSI RYADOM (Moscow, 1992). Mr. Philip Mantle who consulted THE SOVIET UFO FILES, and Paul Stonehill have co-authored a new book about Russian ufology (Mysterious Sky: Soviet UFO Phenomenon), published in May of 2006; it contains a wealth of the heretofore unavailable information from the former USSR, and modern Russia.
