CUFOS is an international group of scientists, academics, investigators, and volunteers dedicated to the continuing examination and analysis of the UFO phenomenon. They serve as a clearing-house for the two-way exchange of information, where UFO experiences can be reported and researched. They also maintain one of the world's largest collections of original data about the UFO phenomenon, including sightings and contacts, along with a large library of related books and magazines. CUFOS has a national network of field investigators to interview witnesses and examine physical evidence. They promote public understanding of the UFO phenomenon through their publications and public engagements.
