REPORT

Mary was on holiday down the Gold Coast, at Currumbin Rocks Resort. on 5th June 2001, they had a room that over looked the sea. That night Mark woke up at 2am to go to the little girls room, and as she passed the glass sliding doors, she noticed a bright light in the East, straight out from there room (very low in the sky). She said it was the size of her hand when held up to it. No noise. She called her husband and they both watched it till 3am, then they saw a beam of light shine down from beneath the light, to the sand and causing a cone shape, rather like a spot light.

They both thought they then saw movement on the sand but could not make out what it was. Her husband went back to bed, but Mary could not sleep and watched it till 6am, by which time, the light had gone and she could see what looked like a saucer shape, grey/silver in colour. It slowly faded out of sight.

Mary rang the Airport at Coolangatta, but they said they had no flights after 11pm only a Milk Run. But Mary could see that aircraft. Mary rushed down to reception as soon as they opened to ask if anyone else saw it. But they did not or they did not say so.

She said it was not a helicopter, or anything she had seen before. Both of them do not believe in UFO's ...... well that is until now.
