Report:

This person is a Qantas Pilot, apparently he has never seen anything he couldn't identify until now. He was driving around in the Pennant Hills area when he noticed an orange light in the sky at around 30 degrees vertical. He was driving from South to North when he saw the light on his right side. He stated it was going in a straight direction, but appeared to be wobling or moving randomly.

He watched this object for around 15 minutes, it was moving slowly and seemed to vary in its intensity. He lost sight of it when it reached around 50 degrees above the horizon. He stated it was about half the size of a 5 cent piece and he could not judge the height from the ground as he had no form of reference.
