A strange anomoly was sighted over Wiley Park on Saturday August 3rd. It was approximately 6.40pm, Gregory strolled out on to his balcony, which is high up, and casually watched the evening air traffic. He often does this, his home is under the flight path from Sydney airport and he knows his aircraft. Gregory watched 2 commercial airplanes fly overhead and was now watching a 3rd light approaching from the airport way. It was a bright sparkling white light pulsating like a star and as it got closer Gregory realised it wasnt an airplane. It was zig zagging in the sky, up, sideways, down and back to where it first was, making perfect square patterns. It was moving in straight lines with no wobbling and there was no sound.

While Gregory was watching an airplane approached. The object stopped in mid air and dimmed its lights until the plane had passed.It then changed to an orangey red glowing capsule shaped object, still zig zagging squares in the sky. Gregory guessed it to have been about as big as a holden commodore and approximatly 1000 feet or more high. There was scattered vapour cloud over to the north and Gregory saw a helicopter emerge out of it, once again the object stopped in mid air and faded out. Gregory watched the helicopter pass. He looked for any identifying emblems on the helicopter, but he said it just looked like a dark silhouette. The ufo never reappeared, it was 7pm, Gregory had been watching this airiel phenomonon for 20 minutes.
