ARGENTINA: Fireball Reported Over Buenos Aires at 20hs18m, October 19 2005
**Another intense UFO wave recorded on this evening **
At 20 h 18m a fireball crossed the skies of Capital Federal from the Southeast to the Northeast, passing near Venus. But later on, over the central districts of the city of Buenos Aires -- Almagro, Palermo, Once -- the mysterious fireball increased its glow and vanished over the River Plate. The phenomenon had a duration of over 3 minutes and was of extraordinary characteristics.
Only seconds before this phenomenon was reported, a blackout was reported in Almagro, one of the city's districts. Minutes later, intense and repeated "light pulses" -- completely anomalous and of considerable magnitude -- flashed in several districts, but always from the city's zenith. An abnomal and incessant number of lesser lights were reported at various points of the sky over the city. At 20 h 50m, another glowing trail crossed the city from the Southeast to the North, modifying its trajectory abnormally toward the west. Several important photographs were taken, including fragments of the pulses of light.
