Object Witnessed and Photographed in Victoria, Argentina

Photo was taken with a Samsung digital camera on June 5 at 1800 hours over the city of Victoria by Andrea Andrada and delivered to researchers by her boyfriend, Fabricio Moran. The sighting lasted 10 minutes.
