Tom and Naomi, described a 'lozenge'shaped object,or ather a 'cigar' shape, take your pick...very large,no noise..over Richmond...inner City area of Melbourne...approx only 2k away...'far too fast moving to be the blimp...like a pencil held at arms length...phospheresent appearence...motions were strange...very rapid initially, then rapid deceleration ....then very slow movement....just suspended, then went out of sight...not sure if went out of view or just disappeared' ...was very LOW in height off the ground. Observer tried to figure out if it could be something 'manmade' but decided if it was then it behaved differently to anything he has seen before.
