On Tuesday 11th Febuary around 10pm Chris was on his balcony at Brighton le Sands. It was a clear night and he was looking at the stars. He saw an orangey colour light moving in the sky.
He thought at first it was it was a satellite, but as he watched it was moving in a surfing motion, left to right then right to left. As it got closer it got bright red and he saw it had a yellow flashing lightt. At its closest point Chris said it would have been as big as a match head. As he watched it zig zagging he realised it was not as plane or a helicopter, it was very high up and weaving east to west. Then it suddenly stopped and Chris saw a yellowy pinkish aura around it.
He was amazed and had never seen anything like it before, he yelled to his neighbours to come out and see and called to a lady in the street to look up. It started to move again in the opposite direction, east out towards the coast and circumnavigated the city in a big 180 degree arc before disappearing. Chris watched it for about 4 minutes and since then he has spoken to 2 other people who have seen the same anomoly on different occasions.
