UFO Sighting Report - Australia

Please note that the reports in this section have been submitted to UFOINFO/UFO ROUNDUP and accepted in good faith. No investigation has been carried out by UFOINFO.

With the increasing use of digital cameras we are seeing more photos showing alleged 'UFOs' - many of these could be insects, cloud shapes etc. As many readers have asked to see the photos I will be using some of them and leaving it up to the individual to make up their own mind - John @ UFOINFO.

UFOINFO Sighting Form Report

Location: Darwin, Northern Territory Australia

Date: 10:37am local Darwin time, July 2005

Approach Direction: Stationary save rotating center, object in sky north east.

Departure Direction: Nil, completely vanished before my eyes

Witness Direction: North

Description: Silver reflective orb with rotating center sighted approx. 45 degrees above horizon in broad daylight. Object stationary, sighting lasting 20 - 25 seconds before object vanished.

Color/Shape: Spherical, reflective silver like chrome. Approximately size of a medium sized car taken by its proximity to community building although difficult to really say.

Height & Speed: 1.5 - 2 kilometres in the sky and again hard to say.
