The caller spoke of a tale told on the night when her son and a friend returned in such a petrified state, they practically injured themselves trying to escape a hitherto unknown pursuer. The family lived in Castlemaine at the time and the caller told of the event happening around 9 years ago. At the time, there had been reports of radio interference and television reception going down. The reason for the reports was heightened with a collection of aviation delays due to bad communications at the airports! Her son and his friend were out in cars at the time when they were pursued by bright light objects. Though they have never really told the whole story, whatever it was frightened these men - who at the time, had a 'bullet-proof demeanour. The caller's son said his friend actually injured himself trying to enter his own driveway at breakneck speed!
