Burpengary, Queensland

December 31st 2005

Hotline Callin ? QLD (sorry Rob, lost the number)

Date: 31.12.05

Time: 11.50 pm

Caller: Michelle P.

Place: Burpengary, QLD

Ph: 38

Duration: 5 minutes

Witnesses: Neighbours

Had to ring Michelle at her work, from my work so didn't get much time to chat, plus Michelle's work mates were giving her a hard time as she kept reiterating that she wasn't crazy :-)

Michelle was listening to the countdown for New Years Eve on TV and heard her neighbours say "Oh my God, what's that?" Michelle noticed that the insects outside had suddenly stopped and everything went quiet.

Michelle went outside looked up and noticed three large orange/red coloured fireballs coming east towards Burpengary. The three balls of light travelled in a straight line, possible a couple of kms spaced apart and appeared to have flames falling off them.

The objects travelled over the neighbouring houses well above the treeline and came around the back of Michelle's house and then shot off in a northerly direction.

The objects were witnessed by the neighbours as well. It was noted that the insects outside appeared to start back up again after an apparent "Oz Factor" of 5 minutes duration.

Michelle didn't know what the balls of light were, but found the experience very strange.
