UFO SIGHTING REPORT
South of Glenelg, South Australia
April 13th 2006
Report taken from the AUFORN Mailing List
Hotline Callin 5493
Time: 4:41 pm
Place: South of Glenelg SA 5047
The caller claimed that he saw something about the size of a star, moving slowly across the sky. Initially, the caller thought that he was definitely looking at a satellite of some description. The object, whatever it was, was moving in a Northerly direction. As it approached the Constellation of Orion, the moving dot of light in the sky started to zig zag and finally, stopped motionless. When originally sighted, the object was seen slowly crossing the sky for about 2 minutes. This was followed by nearly half an hour waiting to see if the object would move off again. Thereafter, the caller had trouble making out which star was actually the point of light which had moved so erratically.
The event was witnessed by both the caller and his wife.
All of this took place between about 8:30 and 9pm on Wednesday the 12th of April. The colour was that of a bluish white star and there was no sound. The sky was clear.
