Observation: I was walking down a hill and I looked at the sky, it was overcast. I could see a circle of light on the clouds, like a spotlight but there was no beam of light.

It was moving very fast, to fast for a plane or helicopter and was moving in darting movements.

Description: It was fast and darted from place to place. it was round
Location: Wollstonecraft
Actual Size: Not sure but it seemd quite large.
Altitude: Just above the clouds.
Object Origin: it came from the horizon coming towards me and went past and up the north shore.
Object Destination: North East.
Moon Visible: No
Weather: Temp, Mild - Sky, Cloudy - Wind, Breezy
Effects Psychological: I felt frightened.
