Occupation: Student

Observation: I was riding my bike along the federal highway on the 3rd of February 2007 when I spotted an unusual object in the sky. It was going around in circles and spinning. It then started to descend, when it got about 4 meters to the ground it just slingshot into the sky at an excessive speed.

Description: It got smaller before it slung shot itself into the sky.

Apparent Size Other: 3 trucks beside each other by 3 on top

Actual Size: 60 meters perimeter by 30 meters high

Altitude: 15 story building

Object Origin: where the sun was.

Object Destination: opposite from the sun.

Weather Visibility: Clear, Hot

Viewing Aids: binoculars

Effects Physical: dizziness.
