Location: newcastle/n.s.w/australia

Date: 4/29/07 730 pm east coast australia

Approach Direction: eastoff coast above horizon

Departure Direction: had to look straight up to see it

Witness Direction: east

Description: was havn a ciggerette on my porch around 7 30 friday night when i thought i was looking at a aerocraft but looked higher up than normal light, a red one blinkn on n off, more on then off, after observing it for 2 minutes, i had noticed it had moved as much as if u put ur thumb in front of your face to measure, by then i called my mum to come outside, within five minutes of veiwing it i had to bend my head back and look straight up, it would appear brighter then fade away and then back again, mum wanted me to get a picture, after my flash went off, was gone no where to be seen, now ive come to this site to see if anyone els has seen these red lights, and i have yes i seen there has, im goin to buy a video camera :P now

Color/Shape: red, at times appear to be bigger

Height & Speed: was high then nrmal aircrafts
