05.05.07 BONGAREE, BRIBIE ISLAND (QLD) 05:45hrs

Witness: Mr. Darryl
Number of witnesses present: 1
Sighting Duration: 3 to 5 minutes.
Occupation: Retired Transport Inspector (Qld Transport)

Observation: A bright light with a swirling type aura around it traveling east in the southern sky, it looked as though it was an aircraft with a bright light behind mist or cloud. However, there was not one cloud and the sky was perfectly clear. I managed to get some video footage on my camera if this would be able to help you.

Description: No there was complete silence had it been an aircraft it would have been heard. It didn't appear to change shape.

Apparent Size: Dinner Plate

Actual Size: It is hard to estimate due to the aura.

Object Origin: Southern sky heading east

Object Destination: east.

Moon Visible: the moon was clearly visible almost above and a little to the west.

Moon Size Comparison: about the size of the moon or a little larger.

Planets Visible: yes.

Weather Visibility: Clear, Pleasant, Calm.

Viewing Aids: video camera.
