Weather Conditions: very very clear

Description: i was having a cigarette with my friend in my yard. we both looked up at a bright dot moving across the sky. it looked very high, almost not in atmoesphere. it was very clear, no clouds, no wind. we called for everyone there to come and look but my nephew only came outside. it made no sound, had no wing lights that flashed. as it passed over and got about 3/4 the way across the horizon, it seemed to move side to side slowly, not far aside in distance, and then very quickly turn into a really small dot, either because of the angle across the atmoshpere or because of speed. either way, it was not normal. this was not our first sighting.
