Sighting Duration: 4 seconds

Observation: Smoke or vapour trail (like an aeroplane but much faster and much steeper angle )then reflective shine for 2-3 seconds then faded to nothing, leaving no trail like an aeroplane does...looked to be leveling out. if you hold your hand at full length, hold your fingers at 80-mm apart, count 1-2-3 gone... but very bright just like catching glare off a can ..this looked to be at cloud height or just under.

Altitude: cloud height or just under

Object Origin: SOUTH TO NORTH

Object Destination: North

Weather Visibility: Clear, Cold, Cloudy, Calm

Weather Comments: very scattered cloud but perfect blue backdrop.

Effects Psychological: pissed off if governments hide the truth from us.
