Shape of objects: Round bright light (with a star effect)

Weather Conditions: Low cloud, clear night

Description: Driving down Mundijong road towards Rockingham I noticed an extremely bright star. It was so low and so bright that I thought it must be a plane but it did not flicker once and seemed to only move slightly in the one spot very suddenly. It was in view the entire length of Mundijong Road. I turned left onto Baldivis Road and lost it to my right. I then turned right onto my estate and should have been able to have a perfect view and it was gone. I looked for half hour and it did not return.

TV/Radio: No I did not report to anyone other than family and a friend.
