Shape of objects: Rectangular in shape like 3 very bright tubelights on one another.

Weather Conditions: Cloudy and windy

Description: It was 1:47 a.m. and I was sitting in the car with my housemates. All of a sudden, we saw a very bright light over the sea. At first it looked like a ship with all its lights switched on but we failed to understand why the ship would have all the lights switched on in the middle of the night. Also saw a blue light blinking at one end. The lights were extremely bright, even brighter than the moon and would have been approximately 1 cm by 3 inch. It stayed at the same place for approximately 40 minutes. Later the lights started to fade as if it was moving away from us.
