Could your sighting be a UFO balloon/lantern?: No

Weather Conditions: Clear

Description: Unusual bright light about 10deg above horizon to the WNW. Too late/bright for Venus - much brighter(several times brighter). Changing colour from white to white with red tinge. Colour change cycles were irregular. Observed for about 8 mins as it slowly descended to the horizon - dulling in brightness suggesting it was moving away from us.
