Description: We were sitting outside early this morning having a coffee. I saw out of the corner of my eye a bright blue white light, looked up and then saw the light stationary though clouds around it were moving in an anti circular motion similar to what one would see in a storm. The light was there for about 20 seconds then suddenly disappeared first to the east then straight up. Holding a coin out it was about the size of a 5 cent piece. Brighter than a star but was not as bright as the moon that you could see about 30 degs west of the light.
