Shape of objects: Too high in the atmosphere

Could your sighting be a UFO balloon/lantern?: No

Weather Conditions: Freezing and clear

Description: Orange light extremely high in the sky. Moving slowly. No sound. One witness saw the light 'drop' something. We watched and took images/film of the light move North West to South West. Not in a straight line, seemed to change direction. Object got smaller, like it was moving out of the atmosphere.
