Weather Conditions: Clear

Description: For a second or two a very white bright circular light appeared in the south westerly direction. What struck me was just how white and bright the circle was and how very momentary. I've seen flares go off at night there. I've seen shooting stars. And I'm familiar with car lights. This was not like any of those.
