Weather Conditions: Dark night/clear sky
Description: Very bright object with white light as main body, as well as red and green blinking lights along the perimeter. The object was in the same spot for about 5 min then seemed to have moved a short distance over the following 5-10 min. Initially it looked like an airplane but a plane couldn't stay around the same spot in the sky for this long a period.
