Weather Conditions: Fine

Description: The object was dark and at about the same level a plane would fly although was darting around in the sky and changing directions in a manner in which a plane or helicopter would not be able to. The object had a white glow around it and at some points when it changed directions it appeared to have a bright white light on the side of it.
