Description: A suspended cluster of lights just sitting in the night sky like a bunch of grapes but radiating light beams. Higher than aircraft passing by and lower than stars. This is the second sighting a the past few weeks. I have a few pics with phone but not great.

Dear John,
Here are my pictures as requested, these were taken on two different nights. It is the highest light, lower lights are street lamps in last few photos.
UFOINFO Note: The witness sent me 16 photos in total. As they are all very similar I have just used these three.
