UFO SIGHTING REPORT

Time: appox: 1:05 a.m.

I saw your editorial in the Capital News. Yes, you can add me to your list of spotters. What I saw was a very bright cylindrical object traveling slowly through cloud cover. Far too bright to be reflection from a plane. It made no sound and traveled in a perfectly straight line for about ten minutes. My apartment faces north-east. I watched it for the full duration. It occurred in the time frame you mentioned. No I did not see a stream of light. Just the cylindrical object. Very strange!!
