Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
Date: November 7, 2004 local time.
Approach Direction: Repeatedly flying in a circular pattern.
Departure Direction: Unseen
Witness Direction: No other witnesses
Description: The mystery object repeatedly flew in a circular pattern. At no point did it reduce flight speed or come any closer to the ground. Eventually a bright light came down from a fixed point in the sky, and the object flew away before I had any chance to see it disappear.
Color/Shape: White circle shaped object with no lights on either side.
Height & Speed: Above the clouds early on a cloudy night at an unidentifiable speed
