Illuminated kite or something else?
Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Date: 09/18/05 9:30PM (MT)
Approach Direction: From the West
Departure Direction: To the South East
Witness Direction: East
Description: I saw a Kite Shaped bright lights in the sky over me, it had a tail of lights just like a kite and the tail moved like a snake while the kite pasrt stayed semetrically perfect. It was large and bright and like nothing I have evr seen...it was a total of 3 minutes before it was completely out of sight. It was the weirdest and cooledt thing I have evr seen.
Color/Shape: White bright lights in the shape of a kite with bright white lights for a tail.
Height & Speed: maybe 1,000 feet abover me (but height and distance I'm not so good at)
TV/Radio/Press: no, not yet but it's only been a couple of hours
