Departure Direction: N

Witness Direction: SE

Description: We were out walking the dogs when we saw a bright light, a little larger than a star rip through the sky. We knew right away that it couldn't be a plane and even meteors aren't that bright or large. It disappeared behind some trees and we didn't see it again. I went inside to check the meteor reports/schedules and they didn't mention anything.

Color/Shape: YELLOW, A LARGE DOT, VERY FAST

Height & Speed: 1200 KM/H or faster at a constant speed. I can't say how high...more than 5000 feet I'd say.
