Location: North Surrey BC Canada

Date: Jan 26th 2007 Pacific time at 6:08pm

Approach Direction: came from the south

Departure Direction: headed north

Witness Direction: Julie Shin and Dorothy Lee

Description: looked like a star yet motions were extreme upright into the sky then down, with radical side moves, then moved and appeared to be stationary in the sky

Color/Shape: Lights that were erratic in the sky, stoppping in mid air and appeared that the vessel moved in a stationary circular motion
