East Of Cochrane, Alberta An Enormous Bright Light

Shape of objects: Shape of star.

Full Description of event/sighting: As with the person from Canmore Ab., I also saw this enormous light on the same date and time.

I was on my way to go to town around 9:00 pm. I take the 1A highway going East to reach Cochrane. As I was just getting ready to turn onto the highway I looked left (which is towards Canmore) and saw this huge star! It was like nothing I have ever seen as part of the normal night sky.

I decided to park at the exit of our place just watch this thing. I must have waited for a good five minutes and then left for town. I should also mention that the color of this object was not like anything else in the night sky. It was a brilliant white but also had a tinge of yellow in it .
