Time: 11:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Victoria, B.C, Langford, Near Goldstream Park.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Round.

Full Description of event/sighting: Not sure what it is. Very bright, at first thought it was only a white light. Thought it could be a star, but seemed too bright. Appeared stationary. I was curious. Upon further observation with binoculars it seemed to be possibly elliptical. Very bright white light in the center with red lights around it and a longer green light, that looked like it was protruding from the top of it.
