Date: July, 16th 2007 Local Time, around 8:30pm

Approach Direction: It was staying in one postion in the sky not moving in any direction

Departure Direction: None

Witness Direction: South

Description: At first, we thought there were birds circling in the sky, but when we looked a bit longer, we figured they were not birds since it is very very high up. They were small white light dots circling, all in equal distance, and it only revealed when it was in certain position.

They were circling for a while.
