Full Description of event/sighting: My husband and I and our dog go walking 5 days a week. On Saturday, March 29, 2008 we were walking on the beach for about an hour. It was a calm, beautiful starlit night and as usual I had my flashlight with me. Whenever I see lights in the sky that I feel are suspicious, I have a habit of aiming the flashlight at these lights and do a Morse code thing, I'll say, "come on, give us a show"! We stopped frequently to observe the sky and turn off the flashlight. As we were making our way back to our house and got back on the main road at about 9:00 pm. We started walking towards our house and I suddenly looked up and in the sky, directly above our heads there was what looked like a very big bright "star"! I said, "wow, look at that big star"! We watched it for a couple of seconds and then it suddenly started to move. I said,"look it's moving"!

He said, "I know, I know"! It only moved for about a second or two and then suddenly stopped for 2 or 3 seconds and then it continued to shoot (in a not so straight line) across the sky until it was at the horizon and then disappeared. This took no more than 10 seconds or less, but felt like 10 minutes. We were happy for the show! I was "so"excited. I stayed around for 15 more minutes hoping I would see something else, but nothing else happened. We were amazed at what had just happened. The thing is that there were no blinking red or green lights or any sound to be heard. This is the fifth time since 1991 that we have observed some lights in the sky, that we consider to be unidentifiable. We feel very lucky to have had the chance to witness these things happening in the sky! To be continued, "I hope".

Thank you to the witness for their welcomed sighting.
