Shape of objects: circular with tail very bright lights

Weather Conditions: bright sunny day

Description: very bright light way up in the sky, remained there for about 5-10 minutes. within seconds flew down to about 200 feet above us. it was black and shaped almost like a six, with a circular bottom and a tail at the top. we saw it very clearly it had bright lights all over it and was rotating. it gradually drifted into the west until we couldn't see it anymore. later we witnessed jets all over the sky and into the next day. very eerie almost like they were chasing something.

TV/Radio: didn't hear anything on the radio or tv but have at least 4-5 other people reporting the same occurance.
