Weather Conditions: partly cloudy with some low cloud patches.

Description: At 11:45pm on Thursday May 29, I was standing out on my front porch when out of my right peripheral vision a low flying, very white disc shaped light moved in a west to east direction roughly just over my next door neighbor's house. It moved slowly out over the street, over the houses across the street and went into a small patch of cloud. It did not come out of the cloud and I would say it "disappeared". I am approximating the altitude at less than 200'. The light appeared to be approximately 15'-20' in diameter. There was no FAA strobe nor was there any sound. The sighting lasted for about 20 seconds.
