Weather Conditions: clear sky

Description: I happened to look up into the sky to see a bright oval shape object moving slowly in the sky at a fairly low altitude. It suddenly vanished as if it pickup tremdous amount of speed. A flash of light occurred before it vanished. The sighting lasted about 4 to 5 seconds. First sighting.
