Vernon, British Columbia A Streak Of Light Shoots Down From The Sky

Date: November 25, 2008
Time: 8:50 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Vernon, B.C. Sky.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Streak of light.

Full Description of event/sighting: I saw a streak of light shoot down from the sky. It was very bright and flared out in a green color than disappeared. I thought maybe it was a firework but there was no noise and no other lights afterwards. I saw a lot of reports of a meteor sighting that same day, but those reports were at 4:40pm or so while mine was at almost 9:00pm.
