Location: Vancouver Harbour area

Date: September 10 2009

Time: 22:00 approx

Number of witnesses: Two

Number of objects: One

Shape of objects: No shape, just lights: flickering, sparkling, red, green white, maybe other colours.

Weather Conditions: Clear.

Description: Over northern part of harbour, a dazzling light hung in the sky. Looked like an airplane to me, but it wasn't moving. It was there still when we left the harbour area. Local chap didn't know what it was either but he was a little worse for wear and tear - he still took out a compass and said it was due north.
