Weather Conditions: Clear sky no stars

Description: It was big and flying very low. It had sound like a plane this I heard at a distance. There was lights white and red for sure. It flew in a very distinctive pattern and was slower than my car driving along side 80km/hr. I drove ahead of it and it with intentions of getting a photo but turned in the other direction that was the last I saw of it. After this I met up with a friend she said herself and someone else had seen the same thing they tried to record it but didn't save it.
