Location: Victoria, BC, Canada - Looking eastward from land in Cordova Bay toward the San Juan Islands

Date: November 29 2009

Number of objects: 2

Shape of objects: Round, like sea urchins

Weather Conditions: Calm, no wind, partly cloudy

Description: 2 large, very bright yellow radiating lights, seeming to emit some smoke. One object hovered the duration of our 15 minute sighting while the other one lowered and dimmed several times, reappearing again higher up.
