Description: Went out onto the balcony for a cigarette and was looking up and noticed an unfamiliar star. I looked more closely & it started moving, stop, moved at 90 degrees to its original position. It stopped for about 40 seconds then turned another 90 degrees (opposite direction to original turn) then accelerated off out of sight.
