Weather Conditions: Clear blue sky

Description: Was sitting with my husband on our balcony, facing east. We were chatting. I looked up and saw one white ball of light VERY VERY BRIGHT. I said what is that!? and as we were looking another appeared beside it. They were stationary in the sky. Unmoving. There were no clouds around. They would fade out and disappear, then reappear in the same position to glow bright white again. They moved outward heading east. Then one disappeared and then finally the other disappeared. There were no sound of airplanes at all. I have never in my life seen anything like this.
