Weather Conditions: Clear night

Description: There were I believe 4 bright white objects in the night sky, and one object of the same description slightly below them (tailing them like). The four together were in a V pattern. What was strange was that they just appeared out of nowhere, fling upwards and as they appeared they just disappeared. It lasted for no more than 15 seconds, and what was stranger to me was that about 15 minutes later the exact same sight appeared and disappeared again, the exact same formation and time frame. The second time my wife passed it off as birds, they did seem to have wing shapes, however they were pretty high in the sky I would think and the bright white of them made them not look like birds, no sound either. I am curious as to if anyone else saw these that night.
