Weather Conditions: Clear dark skys

Description: I was outside having a smoke and looked up and out and I seen this light that wasn't like a plane then I thought it could be a satellite because it was moving sorta fast then it stopped completely and changed direction and speed the shot off into the dark. I know this wasn't anything human I have seen this once before in the same area about 8 years ago and it had the same weird light and movements.

TV/Radio: UFO siting off Gorge Rd Victoria BC Monday evening around the time 11 35 pm to 11 45 was an oval round shape and flew in strange directions at fast speed.
